Who we are
Main10 is a product of Sync Design Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy covers personal data collected through main-10.com. The Main10 application itself is governed by the agreements in place with each customer organisation.
What we collect
When you submit the demo request form we collect your name, company name, work email address, phone number (optional), company size, and any message you include. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo you requested, the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a direct request. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Retention & storage
Demo enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation that follows, and are then deleted on a periodic review. Data is processed on infrastructure located in the UK and EEA where possible.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the details provided on your demo correspondence and we will respond within one month.

We will update this page when our practices change, and adjust the "last updated" date above.
