About
Why we built Main10
Property operations run on the gap between managers and contractors, and that gap is where jobs get lost. Main10 exists to close it.
Main10 is a property operations platform from Sync Design Technologies, built for the two organisations that keep buildings running: the property management companies responsible for portfolios, and the contractor businesses that maintain them.
The industry default is a chain, spreadsheets in one office, a job sheet in a van, certificates in an inbox, invoices six weeks behind. Each link works; the chain loses jobs. We built one system that carries every job from a tenant's first report through to the final safety certificate and invoice, with both sides working from the same live record.
Today Main10 spans the full operations stack, work orders, scheduling, statutory compliance, inspections, tenancies, portals, invoicing, stock, analytics, even ANPR parking, and it grows with the teams who run real buildings on it every day.
What we believe
One system, both sides
Most property software serves one side of the job and emails the other. Main10 was built from day one to close that gap, property managers and contractors share the same live record, so nothing is lost between client and partner.
Built for UK operations
Gas safety, EICR, fire doors, water hygiene, UK statutory compliance is modelled into the platform, not bolted on. The vocabulary, the renewal cycles, and the evidence trails match how UK blocks are actually run.
Outcomes over features
Every workflow exists to move a real job forward: an engineer booked before a deadline, a certificate that files itself, an invoice built from work already recorded. Software should do the chasing, not your team.
